YOUR JOURNEY IN PRACTICE
If you're joining us as a team member and you're hungry for progression, there's no reason your future shouldn't include leadership. Put your hand up, put the work in, and we'll be with you every step of the way. Here's how:
Months 0-3
Foundation
Focus on your role and sail through your first three months. We use the first three months together to make sure we're a perfect fit—for both of us. It's really about setting you up to succeed. Our essential training is designed to assist.
Month 4
Discovery
We complete a psychometric assessment that reveals your preferred learning style, strengths, and growth opportunities. This shapes how we identify the most suitable training courses for your personal development.
Months 4-18
Growth
We set monthly objectives over 12-18 months to ensure consistent, gradual progress. You'll cross-train at other locations to deepen your guest services knowledge, complete leadership training, join our Food for Thought sessions with managers across the business, shadow your line manager to understand operational requirements, and participate in business-wide projects to build your network and understand strategy.
Month 18+
Ready to Lead
Once we agree you're ready, you're on the list for leadership opportunities. Client-stage interviews are often part of the process, so we'll support you every step—tailoring your CV to the role, providing interview practice and prep, and making sure you're confident and ready.
