Welcome to Lyn!

We’re delighted to welcome Lyn Ryman to our senior leadership team as Hestia’s first Operations Manager.

Creating this role is a real milestone for us. Every growing business reaches moments that show how far it’s come, and this is one of ours. It’s another step in our journey as we continue to grow and invest in delivering exceptional service to our clients and our teams.

For many in our network, Lyn’s name won’t be new. Jo and Amanda have both worked alongside her before. She’s someone they already trust, someone they respect enormously, and someone they’re lucky to call a friend.

Her values, her dedication to customer service and her approach to leadership line up so closely with ours that it always felt like we’d work together again one day. We’re so glad that day has arrived.

When we set out to find our first Operations Manager, experience was only part of it. We were looking for someone who shares what matters most to us: culture, curiosity and client care.

Lyn brings all three. She knows that great service is built by people who feel supported, that the best ideas come from staying curious, and that every client deserves someone close enough to notice what’s really happening.
